I bought this not for the extra power, but because my exhaust manafold cracked and would cost $800 to get the part and can only get it from kia. I would never try to put this on myself. My mechanic said he had a very hard time getting the bolts off of the stock manafold, but otherwise went on very easily. The thing souds and looks great. Even with the stock exhaust you can tell there is something more under the hood than a normal spectra.
