As far as i can tell (i've only had it on about 3 days now) it works great. Following is my installation instructions.

10 Steps to Install:
1) First, go ahead and completely remove everything that was associated with the stock intake, which means the intake box, hose, intake tube, and the intake garbage collection box (which is between the front right side of the bumper and in front of the tire...this is where your new CAI filter will be).
2) To get to the intake garbage collection box unbolt part of the plastic underbody of that side and unbolt part of the plastic wheel well underbody.
3) Temporarily remove the battery.
4) Hook up the first small pipe and the MAF box to that pipe to make sure those parts fit first. You should understand that the clamps are what holds the pipes on and such.
6) You will not be able to hook up the large pipe yet because where that intake garbage collection box tube was (what took stuff left over from the filter and dropped it into the box) you will need to cut a approx. 3-5" hole to allow the new CAI pipe to go through so that your filter will be where the collection box was. I suggest first determining how much of a whole you need to cut so you don't cut too much (you can always cut more, but can't replace it if you cut away too much)
5) I first used a metal sander to make the edges of the cut holes less sharp.
6) I also then lined the hole edges will a piece of about 1/2" wide tubing (cut a line down the tubing to put the hole edges in). This will get a good snug hold for your pipe, and reduce rattling.
6) The down CAI pipe was too long to have room to fit the filter which means if yours will probably be too. I cut approx. 2-3" off of the pipe end which gave me the right amount of space for the filter to fit great.
7) Now unfortunately there wasn't already a pre-cut hole in the pipe to put the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor (the one that goes between the filter and the MAF box that is inbetween pipes), but i guess also depending on how people's cars are set up, a pre-cut hole might not be good. So obviously you need to cut a hole for the sensor but make sure the MAF sensor wire is long enough to get to the hole because you want this sensor tightly in the hole so that no air leaks or anything else.
8) Go ahead and put your battery back on.
9) Double check that everything is on tight, no wires are loose, and all generally looks good. Now is a good time to take a picture of your new CAI just to show off i guess idk.
10) Close your hood and go for a drive.
