This new resonator is made from stainless steel. It significantly improves exhaust flow over the original. Internal dimensions are 2 1/4 inches. They also help to significantly reduce exhaust noise. When used with an O2 sensor, current testing has shown them not to affect the check engine light. You will need to extend the wires on the O2 sensor. This item has not be approved for emission testing
